During this overview of unconscious bias and its impact on the hiring process, you will be provided with tools and strategies for ensuring the best candidates apply and are selected for open positions. This interactive training includes time for discussions and opportunities to practice implementing the strategies discussed. Register via CSU Learn. Frequency: This training is required every four years to maintain certification.
