Rape Crisis Intervention
Rape Crisis provides a variety of services to sexual assault survivors and their family members and friends within Butte, Glenn, and Tehama counties.
Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network
RAINN created and operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline (800-656-HOPE, online.rainn.org and rainn.org/es) in partnership with more than 1,000 local sexual assault service providers across the country and operates the DoD Safe Helpline for the Department of Defense. RAINN also carries out programs to prevent sexual violence, help victims, and ensure that perpetrators are brought to justice.

The Clinic mission is “to provide underinsured and uninsured children, teens, and adults with health screening, primary care interventions, health service, and education. Torres Community Shelter
The Torres Community Shelter is a large 140-bed homeless shelter in Chico that serves men, women, and families with children. In addition to providing overnight shelter, showers, and an evening meal, they strive to help people improve their circumstance: find jobs, housing, and other support systems vital to getting back on their feet.
