Our next ECBC meeting (Environmental Coalition of Butte County) will be Tuesday, January 21 at 12:00 at the Chico Public Library. This is a time to update one another about the events our organizations have coming up, to seek collaboration, and to plan our Environmental Gathering in March.

• Update on organizations' events and activities

• Plan the Environmental Community Gathering: For about the last decade the Environmental Coalition has sponsored an event in conjunction with the This Way to Sustainability Conference. This year the Environmental Community Gathering will be on Saturday, March 28, from 5:30-7:30 (following the last TWTS presentation) at the Chico Women's Club. This is an opportunity for your organization to table and educate the community about the work you are doing. This is also an opportunity to recruit new volunteers. PLEASE COME and help us plan and PLEASE participate in the Environmental Community Gathering!

If you have an agenda item that is longer than the (approximately) five minutes that we ordinarily take for our updates, please let me know and I'll put you on the agenda. Please feel free to bring fliers or other materials for your events.
