Hello, my name is Olivia, and I'm a third-year Business Administration student specializing in Human Resources. I'm currently a Supplemental Instructor for ECON 103, where I've had the privilege of guiding students through their academic challenges. And I'm from San Jose, California. Being an SI has been an incredible journey of growth for both the students and myself. I've seen how the right support can truly boost a student's academic success and confidence. My background in Human Resources has been a great fit for this role, as it's all about understanding and developing people's potential.
