Sydney Balmelli

Sydney is a second-year graduate student studying nutrition with a concentration in nutrition education. She aims to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist after graduating and completing a dietetic internship. Before graduate school, Sydney earned her bachelor’s degree in nutrition in 2020. She gained a few years of experience working as a clinical diet technician in a hospital and in eating disorder treatment. She is well versed in the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size. In her free time she enjoys long walks with her dog and spending time with family and friends.
