Training

Our workshops are open to all faculty, staff and teaching assistants. Workshops are occur in our state-of-the-art training lab, Meriam Library Room 002.

Foundation Series

Five in-depth hands-on workshops geared toward faculty who are new to Vista or looking to expand their knowledge of the Vista tools. About Blackboard Vista at CSU, Chico

Blackboard Vista is the learning management system used at CSU, Chico. It is an evolution of the WebCT product which has been used here since 2001. Every CSU, Chico class has an automatically created "Vista shell" which faculty can use to enhance teaching through the use of online resources, media, engagement, assessment and numerous communication tools.

Instructors using Vista are offered training, just-in-time assistance and pedagogy consultation services from the Technology & Learning Program. Technical support for students is offered by Student Computing.
