Refunds for Cancelled Events

First, we would like to thank everyone for their patience as we work through these tough times.

At this time, all tickets that could be automatically refunded, have been refunded.

If you have not received a refund for your tickets, a gift certificate has been issued to your University Box Office Account. If you do not wish to have a gift certificate on account and would like a refund, please email us at ubocustomersupport@csuchico.edu. Please include your name, phone number, best time to call, and we will follow up with you within 48 hours.
