Che’s personal experience and her years of work with individuals who have struggled with food insecurity, makes her passionate about food accessibility through statewide advocacy. She believes that food provides the necessary comfort and nourishment to promote the emotional, psychological, mental and physical well-being that all individuals should be entitled to. Che often makes traditional Hmong dishes for gatherings.
