In her most recent work, Emily's passions collide between college age students and food access. She loves to connect deeply with her students, learn from their unique life experiences and figure out how to help them access the food they desire to be thriving individuals. Emily loves to eat and serve food family-style, which encourages conversation and fun! When bringing food to a potluck, Emily is know to serve huge fruit platters or a creative salad.
