Spencer holds the belief that access to healthy, nourishing food is the key to a healthy society, culture, and world. Health is multi-faceted however, and when it comes to food, Spencer believes that we must take into account cultural, mental, physical, and environmental health. Through nutrition education and better access to food, Spencer believes that we can make the world a healthier place to live. Food is something that can bring people together, and it is Spencer’s goal to help do just that!
