Hayley believes that access to basic needs—like food, housing, and healthcare—is a human right. She dreams of a day when everyone can nourish themselves and their families without having to neglect other needs or worry about where their next meal will come from. In the meantime, she is proud to do her part by assisting the Center for Healthy Communities with basic needs-related research. Hayley feels that food should be a judgment-free zone and enjoys bonding with family and friends over meals. You can count on her to bring a plate of freshly baked cookies or another tasty dessert to a potluck.
