MFA IN CREATIVE WRITING
Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate (ref. AS 99/14) and with the concurrence of the Provost, I approve significant revisions to the MFA in Creative Writing within the Department of English, College of Humanities and Fine Arts. The maximum number of units which may be applied to the MFA degree from another graduate degree at a Consortium campus has been increased from 12 to 24 units. The maximum number of units which may be applied to the MFA degree from another graduate degree at a non-Consortium campus has been increased from 12 to 18 units. The total number of units required for the MFA will remain unchanged at 50 units. These changes are effective fall 1999.
