The Committee will also focus on preventing and correcting unlawful harassment and/or retaliatory acts involving administrators, faculty, staff, students, and other members of the campus community (such as guests, vendors, volunteers) who may be covered by the campus Policy on Sexual Harassment (EM 99-020) or other State or Federal laws and regulations. Additionally, the Committee will focus on education and outreach efforts on anti-retaliation policies and procedures. The Committee will not be directly involved in receiving harassment and/or retaliation complaints, investigating such complaints, or developing resolutions.

Responsibilities of the Committee include but are not limited to

  • Recommending revisions to anti-harassment and anti-retaliation policies and procedures;
