Cancellations

Cancellations can be requested directly through your Event Brite registration account

Cancellations requested that have not been processed through Event Brite must be submitted in writing and received by us before February 28, 2019. Registrants will be refunded in full, less a $5 administrative fee. Mail refund requests to:

If your cancellation notice is received after February 28, 2019, you will be refunded your registration fee, less a $10 administrative fee.

No substitutions will be allowed; no shows forfeit all registration fees.

Check-in:

Please make sure you check in at the registration tables at the 2nd Street entrance of the Bell Memorial Union (BMU) upon arrival to pick up your conference materials. 
Registration tables will be open:

Thursday, March 28th from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. 
Friday, March 29th from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
