Academic Publications & Scheduling Services Transitioning to Academic Affairs

After extensive conversations between leadership in the Divisions of Academic Affairs and Student Affairs, and with unanimous approval from the Academic Senate, a mutual agreement has been made to transfer the functions of the Academic Publications & Scheduling Services (APSS) campus group into Academic Affairs effective January 2.  This transition will not impact the services and functions currently serviced by APSS: 

• The Curriculum and Course Setup Analyst will join Curriculum Services in Undergraduate Education and Academic Success. 
• The Academic and Class Scheduling Analyst will join the Provost’s Office under the management of Budget and Academic Resources. 
• The Academic Publications Editor will move to Meriam Library to support urgent communication needs there.
