Mission Statement
As the International Faculty & Staff Association, it is our goal to develop a formalized network of international faculty and staff at California State University, Chico.
We celebrate our broad-based experience and representation across all cultures, languages, beliefs and disciplinary backgrounds.
We support and encourage each other in both personal and professional development.
We advocate for addressing the needs for recruitment, hiring, retention and advancement of international faculty and staff.
As educators we mentor international students, study abroad students and new professionals, as we strive to represent the international community throughout the University.
