International Faculty & Staff Association

Mission Statement
As the International Faculty & Staff Association, it is our goal to develop a formalized network of international faculty and staff at California State University, Chico. Participation in this group is open to all who are interested, regardless of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin.
- We celebrate our broad-based experience and representation across all cultures, languages, beliefs and disciplinary backgrounds.
- We support and encourage each other in both personal and professional development.
- We advocate for addressing the needs for recruitment, hiring, retention and advancement of international faculty and staff.
- As educators we mentor international students, study abroad students and new professionals, as we strive to represent the international community throughout the University.
All campus members, regardless of national origin, race, ethnicity, color, or sex, who are interested in IFSA, are welcome to participate in our activities.
