Black Graduation Celebration

Thank you for your interest in attending the 35th Annual Black Graduation Celebration

Black Grad was created to honor the achievements of Chico State Black graduates and the contributions their families and friends have made during their education. This celebration is open to all students and their guests, regardless of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin.

Black Graduation Information
When	Saturday, May 17, 2026 at 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Location	Harlen Adams Theatre, located in Room 144 of the Performing Arts Center.

Attire	Graduates are required to wear their graduation cap and gown.
Participants Will Receive	1 Kente Cloth/Sash Access to the photo album containing all professional photos taken during the event
