Navpreet (Navi) Atwal is a Managerial Consultant with The Permanente Medical Group’s (TPMG) Consulting Services team at Kaiser Permanente. Her portfolio encompasses Geriatric Cancer Research, Perioperative Services, and Neurology. Navi partners with physicians and TPMG senior leaders to drive efficiencies and improve patient care expereince.
Previous to her current role, Navi was a Senior Business Consultant with Kaiser Permanente’s Enterprise Business Solutions’ Pathfinder Program. Navi collaborated with leaders from Northern California Hospital Operations to achieve and sustain improved operational performance on key hospital performance metrics. In addition, she worked with the Northern California Financial Planning and Performance team on medical group contract negotiations and monthly performance analysis and reporting of the medical group’s performance.
Before joining the Pathfinder Program, Navi was a Project Manager with Kaiser Permanente’s ERP (OneLink and Finance Technology) and a Project Manager with the Sacramento Medical Center Support Services team.
Navi is an Executive Board Member and Board Secretary for the California Association of Healthcare Leaders (CAHL), an independent chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). In 2021, she was honored to receive the ACHE Early Careerist Award. Navi received her Master of Science in Health Care Administration from New York University (NYU). She received a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from California State University, Chico. In her free time, Navi likes to go hiking with her dog, Sunny, and play ultimate frisbee.
