Subject: Establishment of a Committee on Facilities Utilization
COMMITTEE ON FACILITIES UTILIZATION
This memorandum establishes the Committee on Facilities Utilization, which will replace the Public Exercises Committee referred to in EM 82-003
The Committee, consisting of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Business and Administration, and Student Affairs (or their designees), will review current policies governing the use of university facilities, specifically EM 79-024 and 82-003; will recommend changes in these policies; and will develop procedures for implementation of the policies established. It will also serve as a referral and review body for adjudicating disputes arising from university facilities utilization policies and procedures.
