Subject: Approval for Bachelor of Science with a Major in Geoscience
The Bachelor of Science with a major in Geosciences was recommended for approval by the Faculty Senate and the Provost and was approved by the Chancellor’s Office on May 6, 1994. The degree will be effective fall 1995 and will report using HEGIS code number 19141.
The Meteorology option will report using HEGIS code number 19131, the Earth Science option may use HEGIS code number 19171, and the Hydrology and Geology options will use the degree program HEGIS code.
