About East Campus
The "east side" neighborhood is a little known but very unique and popular place to live. This neighborhood was established between 1900 – 1930 and has many historically restored houses. The “East Side” neighborhood is made up of young professionals and students looking for a quiet place to live. It is close to downtown, Saturday Farmer’s Market, CSUC, shopping, restaurants, and Bidwell Park. From this neighborhood, it is easy to walk or ride your bike almost everywhere you'd like to be to be part of the downtown action.
