8-21-24 Update: Aid Processing Delays
Your financial aid may be delayed. Nation-wide, colleges continue to face major challenges in processing aid due to FAFSA Simplification. This impacts our ability to complete financial aid processes in a timely manner.
- Submitted documents and appeals are reviewed in date order and unfortunately it may take up to several months to work through all the files.
- If you have financial aid questions or are having trouble with your FAFSA or CADAA please reach out to us for help at 530-898-6451 or finaid@csuchico.edu.
- For tuition and fee payment questions, please contact Student Financial Services at 530-898-5936 or cash@csuchico.edu.
