- 2025-26 Middle Class Awards (MCS): At this time, Chico State has not added estimated 2025-26 MCS to your financial aid offer. In order to be as accurate as possible, we will award MCS when we get official confirmation of amounts from the California Student Aid Commission (CSAC). We will begin awarding MCS over the summer for students who meet the 2025-26 criteria. Please contact us if you have questions.

May 1: 2025-26 Special Circumstances Appeals open
May 12: Federal Direct Loan application and Parent Plus Loan application open
June 1:
- Priority deadline to submit To-Do list documents
- Consortium Requests and Enrollment Update Form available
June 2: Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal and Maximum Unit Appeal open
July 30: Registration and tuition fee payment deadline
August 21: 1st possible disbursement of fall financial aid
