Hot Topics!
- Tuition and Campus Fee Payment Deadline - July 30: Pay fees or pay the difference between your pending financial aid and tuition & campus fees for the number of units you plan to enroll in. If your pending financial aid is sufficient to pay fees, no payment is required at this time. Any loans that you want to go toward fees must be accepted in order to be considered pending aid. Remember, only borrow what you need!
- New - Zoom Drop-In with an Advisor: No appointment needed! Use our Zoom drop-in link Monday through Thursday, 11 AM to 12 PM.
- Current Events: We understand uncertainties in higher education may be of concern. Chico State remains committed to supporting students through groundbreaking and innovative teaching, learning, research and creative activity. Financial aid is not affected at this time. Updates and FAQ's (PDF) will be shared as available.
- 2025-26 Middle Class Awards (MCS): We will begin awarding MCS in early August for students who meet the 2025-26 criteria.

September 4: First possible refund for students receiving Alternative loans
September 22: University Census - Financial aid reduced or canceled for less than full-time enrollment
