Spring Office Hours
We are open on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We will be closed on Tuesdays for file processing.
- Phone Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - 10 AM to 4 PM
- Lobby Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - 8 AM to 5 PM
- Appointments: Available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 12 PM and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

Spring appointments are available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 12 PM and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
Financial Aid advisors are available for appointments in person or by phone or zoom to help you with special problems, technical questions, appeals, budgeting, and general financial aid inquiries. Appointments are available by calling 530-898-6451. If you cannot make a scheduled appointment, please call to cancel so we can open up the appointment slot for another student.
