Spring Office Hours
Expanded hours January 13 through January 31, 2025: We will be open the following hours, except for Martin Luther King Day, when we are closed:
- Phone Hours: Monday through Friday - 10 AM to 4 PM
- Lobby Hours: Monday through Friday - 8 AM to 5 PM
- Appointments: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 12 PM and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Normal spring semester hours after January 31 - we will be open on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We will be closed on Tuesdays for file processing.

Financial Aid advisors are available for appointments in person or by phone or zoom to help you with special problems, technical questions, appeals, budgeting, and general financial aid inquiries. Appointments are available by calling 530-898-6451. If you cannot make a scheduled appointment, please call to cancel so we can open up the appointment slot for another student.
