CSU, Chico Business and IT Career Fair

Each semester students from Phi Chi Theta and Delta Sigma Pi host a career fair on campus. The fall fair is scheduled for Wednesday, September 24, 2008 from 10 AM to 3 PM in the BMU Auditorium.

The spring fair is scheduled for Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at same time and location.

College of Engineering Technical Career Fair

Each semester the Mathematics, Engineering, and Science Achievement (MESA) program coordinates a technical career fair for the College of Engineering, Computer Science, and Technology. The fall fair will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2008 from 12:30 to 4:30 PM in the BMU Auditorium. The spring fair is scheduled for Thursday, february 12, 2009 from 12:30 - 4:30 PM in the BMU Auditorium.

All Majors Career Fair

The Career Center sponsors the annual All Majors Career Fair Thursday, April 16, 2009 in the BMU Auditorium from 10 AM- 2 PM. 

Employers: Students from across campus seeking career positions and internships will attend the 2009 All Majors Career Fair. You will have contact with students interested in business, government, non-profit, technical, healthcare and social services jobs. Last year, 1,200 students attended. The All Majors Career Fair is a great opportunity to catch students late in the semester, create a presence on campus, advertise specific jobs or set up interviews. If you have any questions, please e-mail Jodie Rettinhouse or call her at 530-898-5253. Registration will begin in January 2009 and this section will offer a direct link to on-line registration.

Students: You will have contact with employers offering jobs and internships in business, government, non-profit, technical, healthcare and social service sectors. Last year, nearly 120 employers attended. The All Majors Career Fair is a great opportunity to find out about and apply for job opportunities, set up interviews and network with employers.

Education Career Fair

The Education Career Fair date is Saturday, April 4, 2009 from 10 AM to 2 PM in the BMU Auditorium on campus. Each spring more than 100 school districts from all over California and some other states come to campus to recruit educators. If you are a job seeker, this is a wonderful opportunity for you to secure employment or an internship in the field of education. Bring copies of your resume, dress appropriately, be prepared to ask questions and talk about your qualifications.

Education Students and Alumni: There is no need to register to attend the fair.
