Strategic Program Investment

The Strategic Program Investment team is charged with identifying high yield, high potential new programs, including undergraduate and graduate, state and self-support programs, both credit and non-credit bearing,  for strategic investment to allow the University to grow non-state sources of revenue to offset future declines in state support.

Key Objectives

  • Contribute to Increase FTES by 500 over 23-24  
  • Launch at least five new online degree programs in 24-25. 
  • Identify ten additional online self-support degree programs for launch 2025-2027. 
  • Increase new international student enrollment by 10% annually by identifying high potential state-support STEM (tech) programs of interest, with capacity for growth.  
  • Grow summer enrollment by 25%.
