The Recruitment and Admissions workgroup is focused on increasing the yield of new domestic undergraduate students by three percent while improving overall international and graduate student enrollment.

Key Objectives
- Contribute to Increase FTES by 500 over 23-24 with an increase of 8-10% in stateside Californians.
- Expand cross-enrollment program from Butte College to all community colleges in the region.
- Grow employee course enrollment by 10%
- Increase new international student enrollment by 10% annually
- Move summer to stateside
- Explore discontinuing practice of dis-enrolling for nonpayment
- Help departments and colleges facilitate small tours throughout spring and summer
