COIL/Virtual Exchange

Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) originated in the SUNY system(opens in new window) as a way to link faculty and students across the world to deepen global engagement, cultural perspectives, and increase educational impact within current course offerings.

Through a Faculty Learning Community, IEGE offers support—training, mentoring, resources, and partner matching—for faculty members who wish to develop a virtual exchange experience with a faculty member abroad, connecting students globally to project-based learning and valuable international opportunities.
