Subject: Department Name Change from Health and Community Services to Public Health and Health Services Administration
Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate and the concurrence of the Provost, I approve the name change of the Department of Health and Community Services to the Department of Public Health and Health Services Administration. The department will use the abbreviation PHHA. The name change and new department abbreviation are effective immediately. The course subject matter abbreviation of HCSV will change to PHHA effective fall 2019.
