Articulation

The Articulation team creates and maintains articulation agreements with educational institutions as well as maintains transfer credit rules in Peoplesoft to streamline the transfer process.

Primary Programs & Activities

• Creates and maintains department and major articulation agreements in ASSIST.org with the 115 California Community Colleges and other four year public universities
• Creates and maintains equivalency information in the TES system for the CSU Fully Online Program and articulation with non-California system schools
• Campus experts in all articulation matters, ensuring Chico State is complying with all statewide policies
• Liaison between Chico State and other statewide, as well as out-of-state, institutions on articulation matters
• Inputs and maintains all transfer credit and test credit rules in Peoplesoft to ensure accurate and efficient processing of student records
• Coordinates articulation information for C-ID and Student Transfer Achievement Reform Act (SB 1440) requirements
• Maintains lists of courses from California Community Colleges that may be used to fulfill U.S. Diversity/Global Cultures graduation requirements
• Monitors California Community College CSU GE Breadth and IGETC approved courses
