Venues

Laxson Auditorium underwent a complete renovation in the summer of 2006, including newly refurbished seating, new carpet, a refinished stage floor, lighting and sound equipment upgrades, and an updating of the backstage dressing rooms.

Harlen Adams Theatre is the principle performing venue of the CSU, Chico School of the Arts, presenting cultural offerings in music, dance and theater.

Wismer Theatre was designed for intimate theatre-in-the-round performances.

Rowland Taylor Theatre is the principle performing venue of the CSU, Chico School of the Arts, presenting cultural offerings in music, dance and theater.

Home of the Chico State basketball and volleyball teams, Acker Gymnasium was originally constructed in the 1960s and recently renovated with new flooring, seating, and sound system. Includes lobby with concessions area.

A full-size gym with some bleacher seating. Used primarily for practices, recreational leagues, physical education classes, and various events. Can accommodate one full-size basketball court, or three smaller courts.

A lighted outdoor stadium with bleacher seating. Includes all-weather track and football-sized, natural-grass field.

A lighted, natural-turf field constructed in 2001. Includes permanent bleacher seating and sound system.

Home to the two-time national champion Chico State baseball team, Nettleton Stadium was constructed in 1997. The natural-turf, lighted facility includes locker rooms, concessions stands, and picnic areas.

Located in the Arts and Humanities Building.
