Dining and Food Services

Campus Dining Services have the daily challenge of providing thousands of students with cost-effective, healthy, and flavorful meals. AS Dining Services on campus uses primarily plant based compostable disposable products. A.S. Catering uses reusable china dishes and flatware, or plant based compostable dishes and flatware. They will also cater events with local, organically grown foods, when requested. At the Marketplace Cafe they now offer a Grains and Greens menu option. 80% of the ingredients served in Grains and Greens qualifies for The Real Food Challenge because it is sourced locally, humanly raised, organic, or fair trade.

Residential dining is also available on campus. Associated Students Residential Dining is committed to providing fresh, delicious, and nutritious meals that reflect current culinary trends, and cuisine from around the world. Our team of managers and chefs work closely with the University farm and local produce companies to achieve our goal, to be sustainable, healthy and fresh through action and education! Residential Dining also provides allergen free and gluten free meal options.
