The offices of Risk Management and Environmental Health & Safety relocated to the new University Services Building, office 101, effective April 25, 2025. The physical address is 940 West First Street, but our mailing addresses and phone numbers will remain the same.

- Foreign travel insurance for Faculty, Staff & Students
- Liability waivers and guidelines for activities & field trips
- Requirements for hosting an event or activity on campus
- Accident procedures & reporting
- Subpoenas, Record Requests and Summons
- Guidelines for working with youth (PDF) (children under the age of 18)
