Justin Chappell

Justin Chappell(opens in new window), who graduated with a BA in Economics in 1999, is a branch manager at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation(opens in new window) in Folsom, California.  After graduation Justin worked as a national account manager for Preferred Capital Corporation until 2002 when he left for Greenpoint Mortgage to work as a loan officer. 

In 2005 he took a position as area sales manager for Citibank(opens in new window) Northern California, managing residential real estate lending for 48 banks in central and northern California.  After almost seven and one-half years with Citibank, Justin moved on to Big Valley Mortgage in Roseville, California, as director of production affiliate relationships until late 2013 when he began working with Stearns Lending as its branch manager in Roseville. After almost a year with Stearns he accepted a job as regional sales manager with First California Mortgage Company before moving on to Paramount Partners Group(opens in new window) as branch manager.

Justin has been branch sales manager at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation in Folsom, California, since 2018.  “I use economics every day as I coach myself and my sales team to be effective and efficient with their time,” he stated in a recent email.  “We have done the work to identify our goals and priorities and do those activities that knock out those in the morning.
