Ryan Taleghani

Ryan Taleghani , who graduated with a BA in Economics in 2015, is a client associate at Merrill Lynch in San Mateo, California. After graduation he signed on with Merrill Lynch as a global wealth management intern, and in 2016 he moved up to his current position as client associate.

While at Chico State Ryan worked as an intern for Tri Counties Bank where he collected and analyzed data that he included in a final report that he submitted to the bank. Ryan also served as an intern to the Oroville Economic Development Corporation where he worked with members to research issues related to zoning.

“Econ has helped me understand the way that the market works and gave me a different outlook on how to review financial statements whether it's for a business or for individuals, Ryan stated in a recent email. “I can now forecast and manipulate specific variables to see the outcome of a situation before it happens. This is what led me to a wealth management career.”
