Enrollment Management Services (EMS) provides services to support student educational goals and to assist the University in fulfilling its mission. Primary goals include:

  • Coordinating the recruitment, enrollment, retention, and graduation of a diverse, high-quality student population, necessary for the University to meet its goals. 
  • Enabling the University to make decisions and facilitating accountability through the provision of records and data management services.

Academic Advising Programs will assist you to develop and achieve your educational goals. Our focus is on you, the student!

Financial Aid and Scholarship Office (FASO) supports the mission and vision of CSU, Chico in its student centered approach, and by providing funds and financial guidance to enable student access to higher education.

Office of Admissions provides information about higher education, in particular CSU, Chico, to prospective students, parents, guidance counselors, and others. Staff assist students throughout the admission process and inform other educational institutions and agencies about CSU and Chico State programs, policies, and procedures.

Office of the Registrar is comprised of Academic Evaluations, Academic Publications and Scheduling Services, Articulation, Degree Audit Programming, Student Records and Registration, and Office of Veterans Affairs.
