Goal(s):
- Encourage, inspire, and increase the capacity of leaders to perform in ways that create meaningful & sustainable change and growth resulting in an intentional culture of equity and learning for all, adults and students.
- Support and connect leaders with tools and resources that lead to better outcomes for children in rural areas.
Expectations: Establish trusting relationships with teams to promote collaboration, openness, and learning at a high level to transform teaching and learning.
