Abeo School Change Digital Toolbox
Welcome to Abeo's Digital Toolbox. The references and resources within are designed to support leadership, coaching, and cultures of learning. The Digital Toolbox is divided into four areas: Cohort 2 Digital Toolbox Session Materials, Continuous Improvement Tools, Resources, and Cohort 1 Digital Toolbox. It is also meant to be a dynamic, responsive platform geared toward providing the means to improve schools and innovate for the good of all students.

Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) Sessions for Regional Teams
Regional Team ILT sessions are designed for small teams of educators – district and site leaders, and teachers – who are working together to address a specific local problem or concern. Monthly sessions provide professional learning, collaborative activities, and opportunities to network with regional colleagues about school leadership, equity and how to sustain a culture of continuous improvement. Access to Leadership Coaches, resources and tools for change are provided.

Leadership Academy (LA) Sessions for School Adminitrators, Teachers, and Team Leads of ILT Program
Leadership Academy (LAs) sessions are designed for Regional ILT Team Leads. Sessions provide professional learning in leadership development, coaching and facilitation of teams pursuing equity-centered problems of practice using continuous improvement. Team leads engage in monthly sessions that offer individual and collaborative activities, as well as opportunities to network with regional colleagues to learn from one another. Leadership Institutes
NorCal ELC Summer and Winter Leadership Institutes are professional learning and networking events for all NorCal ELC educators in the Shasta region. Leadership Institutes are designed to engage participants in a variety of content and structures for individual and collaborative professional learning. These two-day events focus on high-leverage theory and practices focused on leadership, equity and habits of continuous improvement for transformation.
