Hello my name is Gabriela Garcia and I am currently entering my sixth year at California State University, Chico. Within the last year I have switched my major and am majoring in Biology: Cellular and Molecular. I am from Marysville, CA which is a small town an hour away from Chico. As a student I have gone on to do research over the summer with the CSC^2 UGR Program and will hopefully go on to apply to med school within the next two years. I am someone who loves meeting new people and enjoys learning especially when it comes to biology. I also enjoy baking and going out on adventures whether it’s hiking or going to new places. I am excited to be going into the new school year of Fall 2023 and am looking forward to meeting you all soon!
