Chico State Law Day

In 1958, President Eisenhower declared May 1st of each year to be a holiday in order to mark and reflect on our nation’s commitment to the rule of law and to celebrate the contributions that law has provided to the freedoms of this country.

On April 26th, 2019, Chico State celebrated Law Day 2019 by bringing together a panel of alumni attorneys. Our alumni attorneys introduced students to the diverse types of work attorneys do and the possible career avenues offered within the legal profession.
