Russell Moeai, who graduated in 2017 with a BA in Economics, is an account associate with Matson and Isom (M&I) Technology Consulting. He worked as a business development intern at M&I for six months before the firm promoted him from intern to account associate in January 2017. During his junior year, Russell worked as special projects coordinator for the Chico State Center for Economic Development and as a writing tutor for the Chico State Student Learning Center.

"The Chico State Economics faculty helped me to better understand how and why firms make decisions, which is invaluable in a sales role,” Russell stated in a recent email. “Skills such as cost-benefit analysis and trend analysis learned in my upper-division courses have proven extremely useful in assisting clients with strategic planning.” (Last Updated 8/22/17)
