Student Code of Conduct

All activities/programs associated with Instructionally Related Activities are representing the University at all times, and as such, are governed by the Code of Conduct regulations for student behavior as outlined in Section 41301 of Title 5, California Code of Regulations.

Student Code of Conduct Form (PDF) - Each year, every student in an IRA activity/program will sign this document. Departments are required to store the signed documents throughout the academic year and beyond if competitions/performances are happening past graduation. Every student will be given a copy to keep for their reference. Should any problems arise during a competition or performance, the department will be asked to send the original document to the Student Conduct, Rights, and Responsibilities office.
