Annual Timeline

July

  • Colleges/units receive their IRA allocations.

September

  • Colleges/units submit IRA Unit Summary Reports. 
  • Second Monday: Provost Office sends out call to the campus for Unit-level Student Fee Committee membership nominations via Campus/Student Announcements & Orion advertisement.

October

  • The CFAC compiles Unit Summary Reports and begins discussions to determine allocations for the following year.

November

  • The CFAC approves Unit-level Committee structures and notifies units/colleges of their allocations for the following award year.

December

  • Unit-level Committees review IRA program allocations. 

March/April

  • Work Study funding requests are due and units are notified of CFAC approved allocations.
