Annual Security Report

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) requires all universities and colleges that participate in federal financial aid programs to disclose information about crime on and around their campuses.

The Clery Act requires colleges and universities to publish an annual security report and a fire safety report by October 1st of each year.  The law requires that these institutions make both reports available to all current students and employees, as well as the public.

The Annual Security Report contains information regarding campus security, personal safety, and campus policy.  The report includes topics such as crime prevention, crime reporting, disciplinary procedures, and Title IX information.  The report also includes certain crime statistics for the three previous calendar years that occurred on or adjacent to campus or campus property.
