Wildcats Thrive

Krystle Tonga

Cross-Cultural Leadership Center Assistant Director & Co-chair of Wildcats Thrive

I joined the Wildcats Thrive Initiative because I recognize that the need to care for both the students and the people who take care of the students and this institution is interconnected to holistic well-being. By working with campus partners and forming innovative collaborations, we are able to really look at the core of the needs of students, faculty, and staff, to best provide an environment for people to thrive in. More specifically, it is important to acknowledge that the well-being of our diverse populations are unique. By working towards bringing well-being and healing centered engagement to the forefront, students, faculty and staff are able to feel acknowledged, valued and supported by the University.
