Academic Advising Programs

Approved Similar Programs

If your AA-T or AS-T program from your community college has been evaluated as similar to your major (PDF) here at Chico you will not be held to more than 60 units to graduate with your bachelor's degree.

Proper advising is critical to ensure that you do not enroll into any unnecessary courses.

  • Meet with your major advisor before enrolling in courses for the upcoming semester.

  • Carefully review your Degree Progress Report (DPR). Deviation from required coursework may void your 60-unit guarantee.
