Who We Are

Bus Reservations is a part of Facilities Management & Services (FMS) and is responsible for facilitating reservations of buses and vans for campus transportation needs.

What We Do

Welcome to Bus Reservations for Chico State! We provide convenient and reliable transportation options to support your campus-related activities. Our fleet includes one 27-passenger bus and three 12-passenger vans, offering flexibility to suit the needs of your group.

How It Works:

Use the calendar on the left to check vehicle availability before submitting your request through busHive.
For van reservations, you can opt to drive yourself after verifying completion of the campus Defensive Driver Training.
If a vehicle or driver isn't available, we'll coordinate with a trusted charter company to help meet your needs.
