Join FitU

Students who sign up for FitU receive 8 individual sessions with a peer mentor. Four of those sessions will be with a trained nutrition counselor and 4 will be with a trained physical activity adherence counselor. These 8 sessions are scheduled based on your availability and switch off each week throughout the semester.

During the 8 sessions, your nutrition and physical activity peer mentors work with you find ways and reasons to eat well and be physically active during your years in college. Our primary goal at FitU is to help students develop a healthy and balanced relationship with food and fitness, while loving the skin they're in.
