Kat Hewitt
Hi everyone! My name is Kat Hewitt (she/her) and I’m a senior majoring in Communications and minoring in Sociology with an emphasis in gender and sexuality. I love creating art, reading, and spending time with my cat Moose. Mindfulness is a big part of my life and has helped me feel more grounded and in touch with myself and the world around me. I identify as queer and the LGBTQ+ community in Chico is something I’m very involved with as well.
I’m passionate about helping others and creating an inclusive environment. I work one-on-one with students in hopes of providing them with a judgment free, supportive environment where we can develop and achieve goals, manage stress, practice mindfulness, and much more.
