History
The Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT) continued to grow with greater funding and support from Provosts. Over the years, offering various Faculty Learning Communities and both course and curriculum redesign initiatives to enhance pedagogy and encourage student success. CELT eventually evolved into the Office of Faculty Development (FDEV) with a full-time Director and administrative support. Today, FDEV continues to support and recognize the faculty, departments and campus programs at California State University, Chico.
