The Just for You workshops are 20-30-minute sessions that FDEV and/or TLP are happy to bring you.

Achievement Gaps and Data Sources: This session will walk faculty through various dashboard views to assess achievement gap information and locate related resources on the FDEV website. This session is interactive and laptops or tablets are encouraged. 

joshuah whittinghill from TLP is available for five-minute sessions on new analytics for faculty use and how to help struggling students. This needs to be scheduled during week four or five to be functional.

Introduction to Generative Artificial Intelligence: This session is designed to help faculty understand the promise and peril of AI. We will specifically focus on ways AI technology can disrupt traditional assignments and point toward existing resources to help faculty navigate this new world. 

Artificial Intelligence for Workflow: This is a how-to guide for using artificial intelligence tools to improve your workflow. Use this technology to capture notes, create process guides, synthesize information, and assist with grading without crossing ethical lines. 

ChicoFlex Modality: This talk will explore how to offer a hybrid mode of instruction. ChicoFlex is ideal if you have some in-person experiences (i.e. interactive collaboration or culminating special event) where students need to be on campus and the remaining majority of the class can be delivered in different modes (i.e. asynchronous, online). ChicoFlex brings teaching modalities together and we think this will positively impact enrollment if an entire program adopts it.
